Personal stories can be extremely powerful in challenging stigma and discrimination or unfair policies, and can help us to achieve change.  If you would like your experiences to be used in our policy and campaigning work then please supply a name and email address so that we can discuss possible reference to your experiences on a confidential basis.  We will ensure that any information you give us is treated confidentially and anonymously unless you give us specific permission otherwise.
